Townsend Belisle
Townsend Belisle is the CEO of Haystack Worldwide, an event production agency owned by Haystack Needle.
Townsend has led the strategy and production of events for 25 years, having produced launches, meetings, roadshows, presentations, and brand campaigns for clients including American Express, Brookfield, Citi, Comcast, Kimberly-Clark, Martin Marietta, Moet Hennessy, Mylan, Pfizer, Reebok, Sprint, Tyson Foods, The New York Times, Universal Music Group, Ventas, and more than a dozen private equity firms.
Previously a producer at Broadstreet and a director at the RJO Group, Townsend has also advised numerous video and interactive production firms. Prior to entering the strategic marketing and creative production universe, he represented talent (and developed the branding platform) for the William Morris Agency.
Townsend holds a double-major BA from Skidmore College and various audio and design certifications from SVA and NYU. He and his wife and children split their time between New York City, Hanover, New Hampshire and Edgartown, Massachusetts.
